Made of top graded plain flour, it is applicable to poultry, seafood and vegetables. It is a mix of wheat flour, corn flour and additives.

How to use it?

Blend one egg and add 3/4 tbs olive oil and ice water to combine the fried powder batter, and mix well. Cover meat, fish and vegetables in the mix and fry it in a pan. Enjoy.

Tips
Oil - Add olive oil or cooking oil to the flour coating for extra crunch.
Water - When the cold batter hits the hot oil, it makes it crisp and light.
