Lao Gan Ma Crispy Chilli in Oil 210g

Lao Gan Ma (Chinese: 老干妈; also called Laoganma) or Old Godmother is a brand of chilli sauce made in China. The sauce is produced by Laoganma Special Flavour Foodstuffs Company.

Lao Gan Ma Crispy Chilli Oil is the most popular chilli sauce in the Lao Gan Ma range. It is filled to the brim with dried chilli and crispy fried onion, all in richly flavoured oil. It can be used with noodles, rice, or many other dishes.

Instructions for Use: Keep this as a side dish on the table or as a condiment with any dish. Add a spoon to a bowl of ramen, or a little on top of silken tofu or rice with sesame and soy for breakfast. The oil makes a great base for hot dipping sauces, served alongside won ton or prawn tempura.
